Тема: Як ваше самопочуття

Мета: повторити й активізувати лексику теми; закріпити граматичний матеріал: часи дієслів; формувати навички діалогічного мовлення; удосконалювати навички читання; тренувати учнів у письмі.

Тип уроку: формування вмінь і навичок мовлення.

Хід уроку

Мета: формувати мовні та мовленнєві навички,будувати речення в Past              Simple Passive Voice; уміння складати діалоги, повідомлення з опорою на   мовленнєву ситуацію; розвивати пам̓ ять, спостережливість під час вживання граматичних часів, уміння логічно викладати думки.

Тип уроку: формування вмінь і навичок мовлення.

Обладнання: інтерактивна дошка, картки, таблиця, підручник.

                                           Хід уроку.

T: Let̓ ̓s start our lesson. Today we speak about “Health”. By the end of the lesson you should be able to practice the words, to act out situations, to use the Past Passive.(Слайд № 1)

T: Are you tired? Are you OK? Look at the blackboard and say, how is Past Simple Passive Voice formed?

P: It  formed by the means of was/were and the third form of the main verb.

T: Look at the table p. 95 and make up sentences.

P1 He was given recommendations (positive)

P2 He was not prescribed medicine (negative)

P3 Were they diagnosed with a bad cold? (question)

T: In the text that you read at home, find and read the examples of the Past Simple Passive Voice. ( He was asked, the recommendations were given, medicines were  taken, patients were given a good medical care, the knock was heard, Steve was diagnosed)

T: Put the verbs in brackets into the Past Simple Passive Voice. Ex. 5 p. 96. ( Учні називають речення і по черзі виходять до дошки записують )

-         No I do not. But I have an earache.

-         Has the doctor prescribed you anything?

-         Yes, he has. He has prescribed me some ear drops and some tablets for high temperature.

-         Certainly, I do. The doctor says I will recover in four-five days.

T: Today we are going to speak about different kinds of medicines and case when we use them. You’ll also learn some interesting facts about treatment in the past.

T : Now you will listen to the text “ Secrets of a long and healthy life”. While

listening write down the three things Mr. Weibold has always done and the

three things he has never done.

Secrets of a long and healthy life.

Yesterday afternoon in a village near Bristol, a tall old man with a good suntan celebrated his birthday with some friends. After a party he played tennis and then went for a five mile walk with some of his guests. There was nothing unusual in this.

The man, whose name was Mr. Misha Weibold has been celebrating his birthday in this way for a long time. The only unusual thing is that Mr.Weibold was 85 years old yesterday.

“I don’t walk as fast as I used to and my eyes aren’t quite as good as before but otherwise I feel as fit as I was when I was 30”.

When asked what his secret was for such a long and healthy life, he answered, “There are three things which I’ve always done and three things I’ve never done. First of all I’ve always walked at least 5 miles every day. Secondly I’ve always eaten very simply. Thirdly, I’ve always been in the habit of getting up early.

There are the three things which I’ve never done: I’ve never smoked a cigarette in all my life! I’ve never worried about anything. And I’ve never been married I’ve believed that marriage was a very unhealthy thing and now I am sure of it. When I was 60, I used to have a lot of friends who were married. And do you know where they are now? They are all dead”.

Сьогодні ми знову поговоримо про тварин, про те, що вони вміють, а чого не вміють.

Гра « Склади слово». Учитель роздає дітям картки з малюнками та словами, в яких переплутані літери, учні повинні розташувати літери так, щоб отримати назви свійських тварин.

Учні показують свої малюнки й читають речення, які склали до них.

2. Практикування у вимовлянні звуків.

Учитель пояснює правила читання:

-         літери а в закритому складі, а також у буквосполученні al;

-         літери о в закритому складі, а також у буквосполученні oi / oy;

-         літери і/у у відкритому складі, а також у буквосполученні оі / оу.

Учні повторюють за вчителем звуки й читають з ним речення, у яких ці звуки є; Учитель контролює правильність вимовляння.

2) Закріплення правил читання літер і буквосполучень.

Гра « Четверте зайве»

Учні повинні записати слова у зошит і викреслити зайве слово.

Учні повинні закінчити речення і записати їх у зошит.
